Dr. Jason Menges

Chiropractor; Physiotherapist; Athlete Rehabilitation Authority; Post-surgery Rehabilitation Expert; Pain Management Professional for Active Lifestyles; (Won’t pull you from activities you love or think you are crazy because you enjoy lifting, bodybuilding or CrossFit.)

Summary: I founded Healthbridge Chiropractic and Rehabilitation to share what I know works: by living “well” you can live in good health. I help patients leave pain behind and move forward with a vibrant lifestyle.

Not only have I been successful in relieving the most common chiropractic complaints of both chronic and acute back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain, but my methods can also improve headaches, sciatica and osteoarthritis, among others. I have helped patients relieve lower back pain so severe they could not stand up. I have treated patients with debilitating neck pain and taken them from immobility to active lifestyles.

I am an expert in state-of-the-art techniques using Light Therapy, Vasopneumatic Therapy and Spinal Rejuvenation Therapy among others. My patients have successfully overcome back, knee and foot pain to perform in triathlons and marathons. I have helped patients defy the odds – a woman with five years of chronic, off-the-charts back pain who thought she would never run again is active and experiencing pain relief; another who spent three months in a wheelchair after a devastating car accident has rehabilitated to run in marathons in over 28 states, on her way to her goal of 50. These and many other uplifting stories can be found in the testimonials in my office.
My practice focuses on rehabilitation care – removing anything that might interfere with normal function and the body’s natural healing ability. I have an interdisciplinary approach and work to coordinate treatment with other medical specialties, making it easy for the patient to focus on regaining health and wellness.

After earning my undergraduate degree in English with a concentration in writing at Towson University in 1994, I had the honor of serving as salutatorian of my 1999 graduating class at Life University, where I received my doctor of chiropractic.

Today, I continue to be active in state and national chiropractic associations. I spend my time away from the practice in the gym, at CrossFit or tending to the needs of one of my three kids.

Dr. Danielle Orlando-Kepner

Dr. Danielle Orlando-Kepner has been a licensed chiropractor since 2001. She graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic with physical therapy privileges from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. In addition to overall chiropractic health, Dr. Orlando’s residency focused on children and pregnant women. She often receives referrals from local doctors and healthcare professionals including OB/GYNs and lactation consultants. Dr. Orlando also performs craniosacral therapy and works with patients who have jaw problems.

Dr. Orlando’s first experience with chiropractic occurred after she injured her back in an accident. Chiropractic treatment helped her so much that she decided to pursue it as a career. She finds it very rewarding to help patients to heal and to pursue their overall health goals.

Having grown up in Fallston, Dr. Orlando has been a member of the Harford County community throughout her life. She leads as our office participates in various community service projects throughout the year and fosters animals for Baltimore Animal Rescue Center and Shelter (BARCS). She and her husband have three children who are involved in many school, artistic, and community activities as well. They also have three cats and three dogs that complete their family.
